ReplyDeleteI have my green smoothie every morning. It has about 350 calories in it. It contains 5 different fruits, spinach, nut milk, spirulina, maca root, and chlorela. It really has a nutritional punch. Then for lunch i usually have raw veggies and homemade hummus. Try a nut mild for a snack or part of your meal, it fills you up. Good job! wow 4 hrs. at the gym, that beats me. I spend 2hrs. when i go.
